Discover the desert landscapes of the southern Sinai...

This cosmopolitan resort with its good variety of hotels, restaurants, shops and bars lies at the southern tip of the Sinai peninsula, where the desert merges with the crystal clear blue waters of the Red Sea.

Sharm El Sheikh is one of the most accessible holiday resorts on the Red Sea Riviera and with flights from Luxor and Cairo it is possible to combine this bustling and friendly resort with a Nile Cruise or stays in Luxor and Cairo.
There are a wide range of activities to indulge in from snorkelling to desert safaris and local excursions include trips to Mount Sinai and the St Catherine's Monastery. Diving courses and trips can also be easily arranged.

Sharm El Sheikh consists of series of bays along the waters edge sheltering numerous and amazing coral reefs backed by a mountainous desert. There are small, intimate hotels as well as larger international complexes plus just about all the amenities one could expect of a cosmopolitan resort, including casinos, nightclubs, shops, bars, restaurants, golf courses and leisure facilities.

The main holiday area is Naama Bay. The bay itself has developed into a bustling holiday resort with a wide selection of shops, nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Located just north of the old town of Sharm, the bay itself is one of the most attractive with a long stretch of golden sandy beach leading into clear blue waters. A number of hotels lead on to the beach front promenade which runs the length of the bay – perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Shark’s Bay is nearby and is a popular area with several diving centres and a number of shops, bars and restaurants.

Sharm El Sheikh holidays are popular all year round, one of the key factors for this popularity is the weather.  Long hot summers and mild winters mean you can enjoy this fantastic holiday resort whenever you want.  The summer months between May and October are the most popular but good value cheap Sharm El Sheikh holidays are available during the winter months when the sun isn't so hot and the resort not so busy.
