The Sierra hotel has 325 rooms all consisting of air-conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone, mini fridge, hairdryer and fully equipped bathroom with walk in shower, balcony or terrace. Pool view, family and interconnecting rooms are available at a supplement.

At the heart of the complex is a spectacular swimming pool bordered by palm trees. The hotel caters extremely well for children with the Scooby Doo Club, adventure playground and children’s pool. Guests are welcome to use some of the facilities at the Savoy, including tennis courts, water sports centre and a Spa and Wellness Centre. Some facilities are subject to a local charge. In addition there is the Soho square (between Savoy and Sierra) which features an Ice rink, kids arcade, shopping mall, bowling, a variety of restaurants and bars including the Zen-Chinese Restaurant, Bombay-Indian Restaurant, Saffron-Middle Eastern Restaurant, Mandarin Bar, Oxygen Bar, Cafe Chino, Pangaea night club, English House with Queen Vic pub, Culturama (a journey through Egyptian history) with two shows daily. Other Facilities: Ice bar, Sushi Bar and Steak house and Queen Vic pub within the British House.

The hotel is offered on All Inclusive basis with main meals taken in the Mountain View Restaurant a buffet style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are number of venues throughout the hotel serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Soft drinks, beer and wine by the glass are included in the package. All imported drinks will have a local charge.
