Siwa

Siwa is one the most atmospheric and remotest of Egypt's oases. Located to the far west of the country, it is home to the Berber people and is dotted with lush palm groves, thermal springs and bathings. With its unusual rock formations, eerie salt lakes, the landscape here is stunningly beautiful.
